Automatic Vehicle Location (AVL): This optional feature relays the location of active units or supported mobile devices to the dispatch center and Mobile Command Center website.

EvolutionAVLTM (Automatic Vehicle Location) Software provides a feed of real-time asset information at any time — while on the scene, on a routine patrol or in a high-speed chase.

EvolutionMCCTM Mobile Command Center empowers authorized and vetted users to view the location and track the path of any active unit for a situational awareness and common operating picture via the secure web interface.

Features

AVL Software relays a wealth of information about any fleet of vehicles (police, fire, EMS, snow plow, mounted patrol, bicycles or other government-issued units) to a central location for viewing or processing. Log in to Mobile Command Center at anytime from anywhere to view web-based, real-time visibility into the locations of all active units, as well as the option to track their paths, observe vehicle speed and review historical activity.

AVL can be seamlessly integrated into EvolutionMAPTM and EvolutionMAPTM MDT Software, providing endless possibilities for improving safety and efficiency. This powerful combination provides unprecedented peace of mind — maximizing the safety and security of first responders.

The power of EvolutionMAPTM AVL Software and Mobile Command Center includes:

Flexible for other assets: Mobile Command Center can track non-public safety assets if desired, including snow plows, public and school transportation and maintenance vehicles — and unique attributes of each of these assets.

Integrated security: Agency and/or unit-based user permissions ensuring users can only view agencies or units to which they are assigned, including resources from other agencies if permission is granted.

Web-based for easy access: Mobile Command Center is securely available anywhere with an Internet connection.

Advanced tracking and reporting: View the path of any unit in detail, including direction and speed of travel, as well as vehicle history, location and attribute information. Reporting features allow users to view similar statistics for one or multiple units, with all activity plotted on a map.

Global interface: Mobile Command Center’s interface with AVL connects with EvolutionMAPTM allowing supervisors to monitor asset location at any time, any place.
