EvolutionC2C™ – CAD-to-CAD Data Exchange Hub (DEH)

EvolutionC2C™ performs automatic and on-demand functional data exchange between CAD systems regardless of manufacturer or agency boundary.

Interoperability is a critical component of NG9-1-1. In order to provide expanded levels of Interoperability, Synergem’s EvolutionC2C™ provides a CAD to CAD Data Exchange Hub.

Computer Aided Dispatch systems generally are stove-pipe configurations with proprietary operating features and user interfaces. Disparate systems provide similar services to end users, but each manages those functions and services differently. This creates enormous challenges when a multi-agency, mutual-aid effort (Such as a TERT response) requires coordination of state, county and local responders who often report to control centers using different CAD systems.

Synergem’s EvolutionC2C^TM CAD-to-CAD Data Exchange Hub (DEH) eliminates this problem, as users can exchange data while still using their own CAD application. C2C performs automatic and on-demand functional data exchange between CAD systems from regardless of manufacturer or agency boundary.

EvolutionC2C^TM is capable of exchanging NIEM 2.0 data messages between the existing CAD systems. The exchange routes messages to every responder, and where appropriate, aggregates responses in real time based on centrally managed, standardized, updated and streamlined incident information.

The product design is scalable allowing the inclusion of additional agencies as a system is rolled out. (CAD vendors may apply interfacing charges).
